Irish Film & TV Awards Winners: ‘Bad Sisters’ & ‘The Banshees Of Inisherin’ Sweep Top Honors (Deadline)
Apple's comedy series Bad Sisters and Martin McDonagh's latest feature, The Banshees of Inisherin, took the top honors at this year's Irish Film & TV Awards (IFTAs). Sharon Horgan's Bad Sisters was the biggest winner on the eve, taking four gongs including Best Drama plus Best Director Drama for Dearbhla Walsh and Actress in a Supporting Role – Drama for Ann Marie Duff. Banshees clocked three wins: the coveted Best Film award alongside Actor in a Supporting Role – Film was awarded to Brendan Gleeson.

With the most titles and lowest price, Amazon Prime Video has the lowest price-per-title at R0.01. The next best offering comes from Netflix, whose Standard Plan at R159 per month works out to R0.03 per title.
Showmax isn’t far behind Netflix, with the streaming service costing R0.05 per title.
There’s a big jump when looking at DStv Premium and Apple TV+’s price-per-title. They cost R0.43 and R0.72 per title, respectively.
Netflix Provides 'Furies,' Other Vietnamese Films With Newfound Life (Nikkei Asia)
Soon after Netflix began streaming "Furies" on March 23, the violent action movie made the platform's Top 10 list of most-watched foreign films worldwide for two weeks in a row. This sparked renewed interest in Vietnam, keeping the female-led gritty thriller locally known as "Thanh Soi" in the Top 10 in country for a month.

Swisscom Sees Decline In TV Subscribers (Digital TV Europe)
Swisscom’s TV base declined by 1.8% in the first quarter to end with 1.56 million TV customers. The operator’s broadband base also declined by a more modest 0.6% to land on 2.02 million connecgtions. Swisscom said that 1.98 million customers in the residential customer segment were now using its blue brand subscriptions.
