I know there are men in charge of various forms of entertainment that are genuinely kind and listen openly to the teams of people under their employ that don’t look like them, but it’s seeming to be few and far between. Let’s flip the tables and have 90 percent of those in charge (producers, directors, show runners, executives) be women and genders other than male. I’m guessing at the disparity, but there’s no way it would be anywhere close to as abusive as it is now.
